Covid (19) Infection in Nepal Has Officially Reached Five
Kathmandu, Corona virus (Covid-19) infection has been confirmed in a young girl from Baglung, who arrived in Nepal from Belgium. 22-year-old woman who returned from Europe has been confirmed to have had an infection.
In addition, the number of people infected with Covid (19) in Nepal has officially reached five, one of them has gone home after recovery and two are being treated at Shukraj Raj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital in Teku and one at Seti Regional Hospital.
The young lady from Baglung, who is currently in transit, had come to Nepal from Qatar Airways ‘QR-8’ plane on March 3.
The 19-year-old woman, who was on the same plane, was confirmed on April 3 with a corona virus infection. Later, a search of the six passengers aboard the plane was launched. A sample of the girl was also collected at Dhaulagiri Hospital in Baglung Municipality.
After collecting the sample, he was asked to remain in the hospital. Now that the Korana virus infection has been confirmed, preparations are underway to bring her to Kathmandu safely.
